January 12-13th Argentina/Chile

12th
We decided to do one more lunch before we left.  We went to a coffee shop for Wifi and coffee and then headed to Bodega Renacer Winery.  The atmosphere was amazing, but the food and staff were underwhelming.  Then we headed towards Chile to find a place to sleep for the night.  We parked at 10,000 ft above sea level behind a small town.

13th
We headed right to the border crossing when we woke up.  It took about an hour to get through.  We had a good laugh watching their drug dog rummage through our truck.  Then we headed to Santiago.  We hit up Mcdizzles on the way.  Then we went to Jumbo, a large supermarket.  We could not find parking so we headed back out of town to a Jumbo on the outskirts of town.  We bought all of the dry goods for our upcoming O Circuit trek in Patagonia.  Then we found a Copec gas station to sleep at.  It was an overlander's paradise.  It had laundry, showers, and hot food.  There were some issues with the dryer, but eventually laundry was finished.  Then we showered, made dinner, and relaxed.
