On the 15th we walked around Bologna more.  It’s a very beautiful city.  We enjoyed how quiet it was since everyone was away on vacation for the summer.  The city usually has 80,000 students.  It was also a holiday on this day so not very much was open.  We did go to a restaurant called Trattoria da me for dinner, which was super good.  On the 16th we did a Parma ham tour in the town of Parma.  We also did a balsamic vinegar tour in Modena.  Each of these products originated in these towns.  Both were awesome tours.
